Remote Neural Monitoring: Human Experimentee NYC Chronicles Video

Please take the time to watch. I am being made to believe that my time is running out for detection of whatever this is. I am looking for help of any kind. Any help on possible locations for implants that give the ability to monitor thoughts, memories and sight, outside of being implanted directly inside the brain is helpful.I need any information on how to detect an implant that may not be immediately seen by a standard mri. I also need information on detecting electronic harassment in an urban area. Anyone with access to instruments for detecting this such as a spectrum analyzer, or EMF scanner , please contact me.
